Tamturbo Plc is a limited company registered in Finland. The company is domiciled in Tampere.

Tamturbo’s decision-making and management are in compliance with the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act, the company’s Articles of Association, and other provisions applicable to the company.

In accordance with the Limited Liability Companies Act, the company’s administration is divided between the general meeting, the board of directors and the CEO. In managing operational activities, the CEO is assisted by a management team. Shareholders participate in the control and management of the company through decisions made in general meetings.
