According to Tamturbo’s Articles of Association, the company has a CEO who is elected by the Board.
Tamturbo’s CEO is Antti Kaura (interim). The President and CEO manages and develops the company’s business and is responsible for day-to-day operational management and day-to-day administration in accordance with the instructions and regulations issued by the Board. He also prepares matters for the Board of Directors and is responsible for their implementation, as well as for ensuring that the company’s accounting is in accordance with regulation and that financial management is organized in a reliable manner.

Igor Nagaev has more than two decades of experience in the compressor industry. He has previously served as CEO of Atlas Copco in Poland and Senior Vice President, Global Customers in Atlas Copco’s Oil-Free Compressors Division.

Hannu Heinonen is responsible for developing Tamturbo’s business operations in North and South America. He has more than 30 years of experience in the sale and marketing of industrial compressors in the Americas and globally for Gardner Denver and its predecessor Tamrotor, as well as for FuSheng in Taiwan and ELGi Equipments in India.

Timo Sihvo

Timo Sihvo is responsible for developing and leading Tamturbo’s business operations across the Asia Pacific and Northern Europe regions. He joined Tamturbo in 2015 and brings over 12 years of experience in industrial companies.
Since joining Tamturbo, Timo has progressed through several key roles in product development and sales, building deep knowledge of the company’s technology and global markets.
Aleksi Klasila

Aleksi Klasila is responsible for Tamturbo’s finance function, reporting, and financial governance, and supports the company’s strategic and operational development as a member of the management team. He has strong experience in financial leadership within growth companies and industrial businesses, with a particular focus on profitability improvement, cash flow management, and the development of financial processes.
Aleksi has an extensive background in data‑driven management, ERP and BI solutions, as well as corporate transactions and transformation initiatives. His Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expertise supports a systematic and hands‑on approach to developing operations and processes, enabling Tamturbo’s profitable growth and international expansion.
Jussi Isotalo
