According to Tamturbo’s Articles of Association, the company has a CEO who is elected by the Board.

Tamturbo’s CEO is Igor Nagaev. The President and CEO manages and develops the company’s business and is responsible for day-to-day operational management and day-to-day administration in accordance with the instructions and regulations issued by the Board. He also prepares matters for the Board of Directors and is responsible for their implementation, as well as for ensuring that the company’s accounting is in accordance with regulation and that financial management is organized in a reliable manner.

The company also has a management team, which is responsible for developing, managing and implementing the strategy, business operations, operating models and other common issues of the company.

Igor Nagaev

Igor Nagaev has more than two decades of experience in the compressor industry. He has previously served as CEO of Atlas Copco in Poland and Senior Vice President, Global Customers in Atlas Copco’s Oil-Free Compressors Division.

Tommi Holopainen

Tommi Holopainen is an experienced financial professional whose background is in the telecom and IT sectors, e.g. from Telia. He has experience in both listed and private companies, administration and business arrangements.

Antti Kaura

Brecht Vanlee

Brecht Vanlee joined the Tamturbo team in 2019. He has nearly ten years of experience in the compressor industry, during which he has worked at Atlas Copco as well as AF Compressor, particularly in the areas of sales, business development, engineering and project management.

Hannu Heinonen

Hannu Heinonen is responsible for developing Tamturbo’s business operations in North and South America. He has more than 30 years of experience in the sale and marketing of industrial compressors in the Americas and globally for Gardner Denver and its predecessor Tamrotor, as well as for FuSheng in Taiwan and ELGi Equipments in India.

Heli Malinen
