Merkintäoikeusannin lopputulos / The Results of the Rights Issue
Tamturbon hallitus on kokouksessaan 05.06. hyväksynyt 31.05. päättyneen merkintäoikeusannin merkinnät. Osakeanti meni jälleen hyvin!
722 osakasta osallistui antiin merkintäoikeuksiensa puitteissa, ja 354 ilman merkintäoikeuksia.
Yhteensä osakeannissa merkittiin 2 822 986 osaketta hintaan 1 eur/osake, eli yhtiö sai uutta pääomaa 2,8 miljoonaa euroa.

Tamturbo’s Board of Directors approved at its meeting on 05.06. the share subscriptions made in the Rights Issue, which ended on 31.05. The share issue went again well!!
722 shareholders participated in the share issue with their subscription rights, and 354 without subscription rights.
In total, 2 822 986 shares were subscribed at a price of 1 EUR/share, i.e. the company received new capital of 2,8 million euros.
