Tamturbon hallitus on kokouksessaan 09.10. hyväksynyt 04.10. päättyneen merkintäoikeusannin merkinnät. Osakeanti meni jälleen hyvin!
679 osakasta osallistui antiin merkintäoikeuksiensa puitteissa, ja 275 ilman merkintäoikeuksia.
Yhteensä osakeannissa merkittiin 1 714 051 osaketta hintaan 1 eur/osake, eli yhtiö sai uutta pääomaa 1,7 miljoonaa euroa.

Tamturbo’s Board of Directors approved at its meeting on 09.10. the share subscriptions made in the Rights Issue, which ended on 04.10. The share issue went again well!!
679 shareholders participated in the share issue with their subscription rights, and 275 without subscription rights.
In total, 1 714 051 shares were subscribed at a price of 1 EUR/share, i.e. the company received new capital of 1,7 million euros.
