Tamturbon hallitus on kokouksessaan 17.6. hyväksynyt 15.6. päättyneen merkintäoikeusannin merkinnät. Osakeanti ylimerkittiin!
550 osakasta osallistui antiin merkintäoikeuksiensa puitteissa.
Yhteensä osakeannissa merkittiin 10 245 767 osaketta hintaan 0,75 eur/osake, eli yhtiö sai uutta pääomaa noin 7,68 miljoonaa euroa.
Kerätty pääoma mahdollistaa yhtiön kansainvälisen myynnin resurssien kasvat-tamisen, tuoteportfolion modulaarisuuden ja skaalautuvuuden kehittämisen sekä palveluliiketoiminnan kasvattamisen suunnitelman mukaisesti.

Tamturbo’s Board of Directors approved at its meeting on 17.6. the share sub-scriptions made in the Rights Issue, which ended on 15.6. The share issue was oversubscribed!
550 shareholders participated in the share issue with their subscription rights.
In total, 10,245,767 shares were subscribed at a price of 0.75 EUR/share, i.e. the company received new capital of approximately 7.68 million euros.
Raised capital enables the company to grow international sales resources, de-velop the modularity and scalability of the product portfolio, and grow the ser-vice business according to the plan.
